Digital tachographs - reading, analysis and data processing.The truck transportation sector faces IT challenges imposed by the requirements of transition from analog to digital tachographs. Furthermore, it is required that digital tachograph records are permanently stored in databases on reliable servers, through which authorized users and agencies may check, via various reports, the compliance of  driver activities with the transport and driving regulations. Varduna has recognized the importance of this segment and will expand its services to support all those requirements. In fact, we plan to offer a software system capable to read and process the digital tachograph records as well as report based on those records. The prototype of such software is actually already developed by Varduna, and it based on our development platform built on Android and Java client-server environment. The contest Vip Challenge 3, held in Belgrade, Serbia, and organized by "VipMobile" and "Samsung" companies, has successfully finished.
