Technical characteristics

System Architecture / Platform - Multi-tier architecture with clearly separated and independently implemented layers. The client application is installed on desktop computers, while the application server and database server installed on a separate computer. Any changes are centralized, and are made without impacting end users. Each change is reflected to all users. All data are stored only in one central place so that any change you make one user, automatically becomes visible to all other users who need the information and have the necessary privileges. The system can be installed on Windows and Linux operating systems.

Application Package - The solution supports, automates and connects business processes within the organization. The database and all records in the system are unique and centralized. The solution fully supports multi-company concept, dependent organizations / companies may use the same instance of the application and database, with consolidation of reports and financial statements. All business processes are integrated. The work of one module is reflected to the other, which means that they are adequately connected, but it is known a clear boundary between them. The solution supports international business (handling multiple currencies, multi-languages).

Configurability - The solution can be configured and adapted to the requirements of specific organizations solely by changing the parameters, through the application meta-definitions. This ensures fast and efficient implementation. The configuration is done without programming and the need for accessing the source code. Setting the meta-parameters configures forms, reports, structure and flows of business processes, accounting schemas, and documents.

Portability- The solution is very flexible and portable so it can run on different computer platforms, depending on the need for computing power and any special requirements.

System Performance -  The system is designed for the on-line work. Transactions and statements are executed after the entry of data and commands.

Scalability - Scalability and expandability of the system is a major strength of our solution. Scalability indicates the extent to which information system supports the business growth and the increase in the number of transactions, whether vertical (increasing workload in the existing business  operations) or horizontal (widening area of operations). The scalability is easily feasible, because the system consists of modules that are independent and that contain interfaces that communicate with other modules of the system. This modular approach allows for easy addition of new subsystems, but also the exclusion of certain modules when they are not needed any more.

Reliability and Security -  The reliability of the system is very high and the standard mechanisms to ensure reliability are aplied. Data are protected by a standard on-line and off-line backup mechanisms. Also provided is a high security data system, and the role base control to the data, actions, and document access. Each user has a password. Each inserted, deleted or modified record carries information about the user who did it, when, and where.
